Add Simple JWT to authorization setup (#4926)

* add simplejwt to authorization setup

* no colon in the token body

* add custom serializer class for tokens, add CORS (set to allow=true for now)

* use rotating refresh tokens, add setting for token lifetime for clarity

* Removed CORS headers

* Moved token endpoints
