2025 Cleanup

## Added
- Combined CI CD Pipeline
-  `jyablonski_common_modules` Library Usage

## Updated
- Cleaned up the `src.py` Script by moving all commands under the `if
__name__ == "__main__"` block
- Upgraded `black` Pre Commit Version
- Fixed a few Type Hints
- Adjusted Tests to use new Functions + Arguments
- Adjusted `write_to_s3` Function to include new Arguments to accept a
`date` param to assist w/ partitioning during backfills

## Deleted
- Removed `validate_schema`, this was dumb
- Removed `test.yml` and `deploy.yml` pipelines and combined them into 1
- Removed Old DataFrame Unit Tests
- Removed old `.flake8` and `.dockerignore` Files from 2021
- Various functions were deleted in favor of using equivalents from
`jyablonski_common_modules` Library

Run Details
