Nah, in windows this will cause to wchar curse resurface and fail compilation, so having explicit `.string()` provides conversion on windows (and hopefully becomes optimized out on Linux ... *shrug*) Road .. good intentions ... obsolete operating systems trying to differ just for the sake of difference ... very annoying, as usual.
