* fix: sgr: handle 24-bit colorspace id

The ITU T.416 specs define a color space id after the first parameter.
However, most terminals ignore this and just send the RGB values. We
support both formats based on the number of sub-parameters i.e.
parameters separated by a colon (:).

* fix: remove unparam linter warning
