Transform some defines in headers into constants

'J2000' is too common a token to blindly replace with a number by the
preprocessor. It should be a normal C++-style constant and should not be
present in the global namespace.

This patch fixes this. Additionally, ORBIT_SEGMENTS is also converted
the same way for consistency.
