Meta t notebook updates fall24 (#262)

* Added cDNA quant modules to metatranscriptomics notebook.

Added extra modules to merge cDNA quant data and visualize. Re-introduced some modules for input normalization using echo, which is needed in case the plate replication feature is being used.

* Cleanup notebook

deleted a module that was used for debugging.

* Added pooling from multiple source plates feature

Modified the format_pooling_echo_pick_list() function to support a plate dataframe as input, so that one can easily generate a pooling file from a prep dataframe with multiple source plates

* Added matrix tube workflow notebook for metatranscriptomics. Updated test_data for metatranscriptomics.

Added a notebook with the matrix tube workflow for metatranscritomics. Changed test_data for metatranscriptomics from NPH_3-6 to NPH_7-10. Added other test_data needed to make changes work. Reran metagenomic matrix tube workflow to test it. Lastly cleaned up test_output data that is no longer needs to be tracked.
