Enhance gitignore pattern handling in repo-serializer

- Updated the `readGitignorePatterns` function in `src/index.js` to accept a `repoRoot` parameter, allowing patterns starting with a leading slash to be treated as relative to the directory containing the `.gitignore` file.
- Adjusted calls to `readGitignorePatterns` throughout the codebase to pass the new `repoRoot` argument.
- Added a new test case in `tests/index.test.js` to verify that leading slashes in gitignore patterns are correctly processed, ensuring that files are ignored as expected based on their directory context.

These changes improve the accuracy of file ignoring based on gitignore configurations.
