refactor!: Use difftastic variables for directory when reading file names

When calling `difftastic-files` the new option `difftastic-use-last-dir`
controls whether to preserve last directories that are used when selecting
files to compare.

BREAKING CHANGE: `difftastic-use-last-dir` is by default set to
  `ediff-use-last-dir`.  But it is set only once when difftastic.el is loaded
  for a first time. It the latter option changes after difftastic has been
  loaded consider setting `difftastic-use-last-dir` as well.
