WIP: Store HDOP in images if available

If a HDOP value is found for a point in the GPX file, store it in a
GPSDOP tag in the image. This is not done on interpolated points, as
interpolation itself affects the precision of the location, making the
GPS HDOP invalid.

TODO:
- docs?
- how to treat <vdop> and <pdop>? Maybe MAX of all three? No, just hdop
  for now
