improve getExtraDataTypeManager and caching

 - improve parallelisation of dataType definition extraction
   (mainly benefiting @sterfive/optimized-client module)
 - add test to ensure caching is properly managed
   in particular check that cache get cleared when reconnection
   leads to a reconstructed client session and is preserved
   when session can be recycled.
