refactor(tests): update service provider initialization

The test files have been refactored to improve service provider initialization and replace mocking with real instances.

- Modify `TestBaseClass.cs` to include `ObjectCartographer.ExtensionMethods` and initialize the service provider in the constructor.
- Move `ObjectType` property within `TestBaseClass.cs` for better organization.
- Configure service provider to register ObjectCartographer in `TestBaseClass.cs`.
- Call `GetServiceProvider` in constructors of various test files to ensure initialization.
- Replace `NSubstitute` with real `ServiceCollection` in `ServiceCollectionExtensionMethodsTests.cs`.
- Replace `NSubstitute` with real `ServiceCollection` in `CanisterModuleTests.cs`.
