* Added ability to map route parameters to route variables, headers, and query strings

* Changed name of RouteParameter attribute to RouteVariable for clarity, started laying groundwork for generating route URIs more intelligently

* Fixed CS

* Got route generation working and respecting attributes to source variables from, still need to clean up code

* Added tests for named attribute parameters

* Added improved error messages for invalid route actions, still needs heavy refactoring

* Improved error message for failure to reflect

* Refactored code to do a lot of the validating between route variables and the route action method parameters inside a single class, still WIP

* Fixed unit tests, cleaned up some code

* Removed a lot of duplicate code

* Added unit tests to RouteActionParameterValues

* Cleaned up duplicate code

* Updated CHANGELOG

* Cleaned up method names, added methods for explicitly using query string variables

* Updated comments
