Strip `si` parameter from YouTube (#770)

* Strip `si` parameter from YouTube

This was raised as an issue (in the migration repo, presumably by
mistake); YouTube is now adding a session id parameter to share URLs
which could be used to track the originating account. This changeset
removes any such parameter from a YouTube URL when making an OEmbed.

* Removed DV Entries (#774)

Removed Dark Visitors entries, as those are now added automatically in a separate process.

* Responding to PR

Slight modification to our sourcefile tests, and we're no longer
modifying the URL with regexes to drop the `si` parameter from YouTube.
