use orjson instead of json (#175)

* use orjson instead of json, like home assistant does. pylutron-caseta spends a lot of time munging json and orjson is fast at that.

* fix typing issue on py3.12

* use orjson explicitly in the import instead of aliasing it as json. also use writelines() in a couple places.

* unnecessary utf decode pre-loads
