fix(CI): Making changes so that the CI does not throw errors (#2)

* fix(docs): Change docs including types

- This should fix the missing docs issue in the *Documentation* CI

* fix(test): Doctests conflict with TransferFunctions apply

- Explicitly call transfer functions when needed and import only the
  used symbols to avoid name conflict
- Add doctests for `OpticalTransfer`
- Disable logging for doctests to avoid necessity of including filters
  (which are a bit buggy anyway)

* feat(test): Add script to update ("fix") doctests

TODO: There needs to be a check whether everything is committed. Then the
workflow is (git commit --amend) and add the fixed doctests

* fix(docs): correct BibTeX entries and external references

* fix(docs): add missing required fields in BibTeX entries
  - Add author for goodman2005a
  - Add pages for goodman2005c
  - Add booktitle for holst2014
  - Add publisher for newton1704
* fix(docs): correct entry types for papers
  - Change innes2018 from article to misc
  - Change wechsler2020 from article to inproceedings
* fix(docs): update external reference syntax in OpticalTransfer docstring
