fix: adjust birth number validation for zero month and future dates

Improved birth number validation to properly handle edge cases. Main changes:
- Added month zero validation in processMonth
- Fixed birth date validation in BirthNumber class to properly handle future dates
- Aligned code with original rodnecislo.js implementation for isPossible/isValid pattern
