Update to GeoExt7, ExtJS7 and OL10 (#687)

* Update docs to ExtJS 7x

* Update OL API change ol.control.defaults

* Remove deprecated forEachLayerAtPixel and replace with layer.getData

* Log any nodes missing layers

* Get all featureInfoWindow layers with new OL approach

* Use getOlLayer to get layer

* Update dependencies

* Update dependencies, allow es2021, update geoext3 references to geoext

* Update turf function with extra tests

* Add font-awesome

* Update submodules

* Switch to font-gis in node_modules

* Switch all glyphs to use iconCls and update to Font Awesome 5

* Fix linting error

* Remove font alias
