feat(cover): download cover for each item and serve it

In order to avoid "Mixed-Content" in https, the application has to serve cover assets. So, each item will have its assets downloaded locally and stored "/podcasts/<podcast_name>/<id_item>.<extension_cover>". The system will serve the not downloaded cover like a proxy to avoid mixed content. A task will be added to remove the cover after a long time.
