Propagate Correlation ID (GSI-1225) (#56)

* Add util to include cid in httpx requests

* Bump version from 3.1.8 -> 3.2.0 and define http pkg extra

* Remove unused logger from http module

* Include CID in response headers and raise an error if it's disturbed

* Clarify http module exports

* Condense hook creation
