backup.php rewritten

* tar/tgz/tbz archive is now created using the splitbrain/php-archive
  library instead of calling tar with a `system()`. This allows to track
  the progress.
* A list of files and their hashes contained in the backup archive is
  created allowing to check the backup archive consistency.
* Created backup archive content is now checked after creation to assure
  there were no data copying errors.
* It is possible to just check an existing archive file based on its
  files listing file.
* It is now possible to set a backup archive chunk size limit. If more
  data is backed up, multiple backup archives are created.
* better logging
