Update gqlgen init template to default to spec-compliant Int (#3409)

* fantasy yaml template

* stick my nose in where i am not wanted: begin flowing through int32 concept to codegen

* add safe cast for int32

* begin building a test, and change config override to inputs instead of results

* create test generations

* rethink test and build out codegen assertions

* simplify codegen tests

* add int32 safe cast tests for unmarshal

* add int input integration tests

* rename dirs and use strict in names

* begin transform int32 to int on inputs work

* wip: while this does correctly update the input model only, it does cause the result
model to also use an int marshaler / unmarshaler incorrectly...

* remove int input

* update docs

* remove modelgen leftover

* update and align init template and config docs

* simplify generated code and lint

* make coverage ignore list easier to manage as a list; target codegen/testserver gen files more closely

* extend coverage ignore one more level

* Apply suggestions from code review
