fix(StringExtensions): Enhance HTML stripping in StringExtensions

Introduce HtmlReplacements dictionary to map HTML tags to text equivalents in StripHTML method. Update method to decode HTML entities, convert tabs to spaces, normalize spaces and new lines, and trim line spaces. Improve text output cleanliness.
