Added convenience types `ex.TiledSprite` and `ex.TiledAnimation` for Tiling Sprites and Animations
  ```typescript
  const tiledGroundSprite = new ex.TiledSprite({
    image: groundImage,

    height: 200,
    wrapping: {
      x: ex.ImageWrapping.Repeat,
