* changing affiliation from code to name

* ensures code is saved to database, not title

* trying to add tests:

* changing affiliation display

* allowing all affiliations to be displayed

* fixing failing tests

* Rebasing against `main` and adjusting the Affiliation name for RDSS; Ensuring that the Controller tests pass where Views must be explicitly rendered
