* fix Jupyter Notebook file extension mismatch

* update changelog

* update context description

* normalized keys for I18n

* change code to handle JSON.parse exception instead

* updated specs accordingly

* normalized keys for I18n

* updated changelog as merged from latest master

* removing item that is not part of v2.6.0
