✨  Merge person functionality (#35)

* 🚧 Add merge fields to Person model

Creates merged_to field that references another Person model, and merged_at timestamp to the Person model.

* 🚧 Add test for merge function

* 🚧 Add episode parsing logic

Now will correctly associate the merge target with any new episodes using the old record lookup. Also if the destination record is missing a url or image_url it will be copied from the source record.

* 🚧 Initial work creating merge views

Still needs tests

* Adds functionality to merge one person record into another

Adds model functions for merging.
Adds form class for handling merge validation
Adds templates and views for handling merging.

* Add logic for merge conflicts

Destination always wins when there is overlap in episodes

* Update docs
