feat: Update configs, workflows, and target .NET versions

- Updated .editorconfig with new C# style preferences.
- Modified dependabot.yml to change paths and dependencies.
- Updated codeql-analysis.yml to change branches and simplify steps.
- Centralized workflows in dependabot-reviewer.yml, docsfx.yml, dotnet-publish.yml, and dotnet-test.yml.
- Updated README.md to reflect new setup method.
- Targeted .NET 8.0 in Spidey.Example.csproj and docfx.json.
- Updated DefaultContentParserTests.cs and DefaultEngine.cs to use BigBook.ExtensionMethods and nullable reference types.
- Updated Spidey.Tests.csproj and Spidey.csproj to target .NET 8.0 and .NET 9.0, and updated package references.
- Added RegisterSpidey extension method in Registration.cs and updated SpideyModule.cs to use it.

BREAKING CHANGE: Removing .Net 6/7 support as .Net 9 dependencies say they work with it in the package but then throw warnings. I don't know why this approach was taken but it breaks a bunch of automation.
