chore: Add Dependabot config for NuGet packages

Introduce a new configuration for the NuGet package ecosystem in `dependabot.yml`:
- Set the directory for package manifests to `/ExampleApp/`
- Schedule updates to run daily
- Prefix commit messages with "chore"
- Group dependencies with a pattern of "*"

These changes ensure daily checks for NuGet package updates in the specified directory with the defined commit message prefix.
