fix: Update .editorconfig and refactor Spellchecker integration

Updated .editorconfig with new C# style preferences, including changes to property patterns, delegate calls, and namespace matching. Refactored Spellchecker integration by removing redundant using directives and simplifying service registration in ServiceCollectionExtensions.cs and CanisterModule.cs.
