refactor: simplify working with trivia tokens in LPL (#117)

This patch removes a lot of boilerplate related to working with trivia
tokens during resilient syntax tree parsing by introducing trivia-aware
combinators as well as abstracting a lot of code in LPL itself. It also
happens to improve TMDL parser's performance by ~9%.

481 of 518 new or added lines in 8 files covered. (92.86%)
