feat: enhance logging and fix parameter naming

- Introduced `configure_logger` to encapsulate logger initialization.
- Fixed incorrect query parameter names (`sminnumratings`, `smaxnumratings`, `sminavgrating`) in `TopAlbumsService` to align with API expectations.
- Updated related tests in `test_services.py` and `test_client.py` to reflect corrected parameter naming and validate multi-criteria queries.
- Increased coverage threshold to 100% in `pyproject.toml`.
- Extended `Makefile` clean target to remove cache files, coverage data, and build artifacts.
