* [ENG-6074] Institutional Dashboard Rework

-   Update the Institutional Dashboard page to now include a Summary, Users, Projects, Registrations and Preprints page
-   Update the institution-summary-metrics and institution-user models 
-   Add new metadata fields to SHARE models
