feat: Fixing issue caused by .Net 9 libraries

Updated `Aspectus.Example.csproj` to target `net8.0`. Reduced target frameworks for `Aspectus.Tests.csproj` and `Aspectus.csproj` to `net8.0;net9.0`. Removed conditional `ItemGroup` for `net6.0`, `net7.0`, and `net8.0` in `Aspectus.csproj`. Updated `ItemGroup` for `net9.0` in `Aspectus.csproj` to include `Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Abstractions` and `Microsoft.Extensions.ObjectPool` without conditions.

BREAKING CHANGE: Removing .Net 6/7 support as .Net 9 dependencies say they work with it in the package but then throw warnings. I don't know why this approach was taken but it breaks a bunch of automation.
