Holtkamp patch srid 2nd argument (#111)

* support for 2 parameters in ST_SRID()
* "Trigger deprecations" feature done! 
* Deprecation thrown and tested when a developer use Standard/StSrid with PostGreSQL
* New specific SRID function for PostGreSQL (PostGreSQL/SpSrid)
* Test done
