chore: move doc's footer strings to `doc-renderer` & remove unused code (#448)

- Move the logic of processing/rendering markdown parts to the `doc-renderer.ts` tool
- Remove unused code:
     -   `footer.replace(/\$/g, "$$$$")`
     -   `computed.replace(/\$/g, "$$$$")`
