Fix Maven Central publishing

Since the multi-module refactoring, some steps were missing:
 - Attach Javadoc
 - Attach Sources
 - Add a description in parent pom

We finally deploy the atom-jaxb-benchmark because when we use skipNexusStagingDeployMojo
in the last deployed module, all the deploy phases are skipped... So we were not deploying anything.

Also authentication has changed, we need token instead of user/password to contact oss.sonatype.org
