Improved Integer handling in NRA plugin (#533)

* Update propagation with lp_feasibility_set_is_point_int.

* Use lp_feasibility_set_contains_int() instead of pick_value.

* Removed duplicated line.

* Code cleanup: fixed variable name

* Using nra_plugin_report_int_conflict where appropriate

* Fixed missing line

* Code cleanup

* Made postponed conflicts in NRA explicit.
