Commit Message

Added push subcommand to __main__.py.

Using clone() and commit_and_push() in __main__.py to add this new
subcommand. Clones the DST_BRANCH into a new directory, builds docs
there, commits, and pushes to origin.

Added --grm-exclude option to run "git rm" before building in
DST_BRANCH. Used to clear out since-deleted branches, etc.

Retry logic (3 times) in case parallel CI jobs also run this project and
push to DST_BRANCH while others are running. Since they all clone the
latest refs there shouldn't be a race condition where newest files are
removed by slow-running tests.
