chore: update Node.js versions and dependencies, refactor asset downloader

- Updated Node.js version in workflows:
  - Changed publish workflow to use Node.js 22.x
  - Adjusted test matrix to include Node.js 20.x and 22.x, removed older versions

- Replaced `Q` dependency with native promises in `index.js`
  - Refactored `processBlock` function to use native promises for cleaner async handling
  - Adjusted error handling and SVG fallback for invalid JSON input

- Updated dependencies:
  - Replaced `coveralls` with `codecov` in `package.json`
  - Upgraded `puppeteer` to version 23.x
  - Adjusted `is-svg` dependency to support versions <5 for compatibility

- Refactored `get-assets.js`:
  - Modularized and standardized download flow to match async/await structure
  - Ensured assets directory is created recursively if missing
  - Added verification of existing echarts version file to prevent redundant downloads

- Bumped package version to 2.0.0
  - Aligned `echartsVersion` with the new version (5.5.0) for consistency in asset management
