Fix run_doc for led plugin (#1462)

* Update led_calibration.py

* add cehck of default comment

* [pre-commit.ci] auto fixes from pre-commit.com hooks

* fix test for led_cal

* add nt_test_led_run_id

* revert the led run id ocmmit and add the change of config

* make defualt_run_comments as list

* add type list for the comments config

* userComment: Weekly LED calibration not alway present
