steveyenMB-20101 - mossStore fix Get() of zero-length values mossStore's Get() implementation was incorrectly converting a zero-length value ([]byte{}) into a nil. With this fix, a zero-length []byte{} val is returned by Get() on a key that exists. If a key was deleted or does not exist, then a nil val is returned by Get().
