[FIX] Ensure non-agg API doesn't error out when all matches lack pipeline data (#369)

* rename mocked graph response fixture

* ensure aggregate mode is enabled for tests that need it

* standardize dataset UUID in test graph response

* handle NaNs for pipeline names in query result

* remove leftover code to replace missing values

* update test of nonagg API response for derivatives-lacking matches

* remove unneeded fixture

* refactor test

* test agg response for matches with pipeline info
