* Make some landscape variables static, and controlled by properties of LandscapeMgr
- also movable gazetteer label angle
- also user-configurable polygon color
- rearrange GUI
* Enable immediate-store settings for LandscapeMgr properties
* Clearer method name
* SUG amendments
