Refactor Datacite form design (merge commit)

Merge branch 'feature/datacite-form-design-renewal' into 'main'
* remove setting modal state

* fix leaking prevention of saving DOI drafts automation

* revert options order

* fix disabling snackbar for doi to disabling automatic draft saving for doi

* disable draft saved notification for DOI

* fix option clear for DOI and replace div by Box

* refactor Datacite form design
