No Tracebacks. Own TempDir. Greatest/recent cli.

Implemented --recent-tag and --greatest-tag. Forgot to do that :P

Moved build-centric code in __main__ to own function. Preparing for
push.

Not logging environment variables in verbose mode. CIs store sensitive
information there.

Gave up on using TemporaryDirectory. Implemented it myself for Py27 and
Py34. Weakref was nuking my Tempdir().name variables in the caller's
scope. Added defer argument to class to defer to atexit instead of
garbage collecting TempDir instance.

Asserting no Traceback in scenarios tests.
