.travis.yml / requirements.txt:
- Added py35 to Travis config
- Consolidated requirements.txt

pycrest/eve.py:
- Changed user_agent to contain repo URL
- Created serperate _parse_parameters() method for easier testing a unit of work
- Changed get() method to use the _parse_parameters() method

tests/test_pycrest.py:
- Refactored the unittests from scratch
