* Update imagewriter.py with tile and coordinate checks and corrections

* Update imagewriter.py improved coorindate checks

* Cropping of patches that are partially exeeding the dimensions of the mask wasnt needed. As long as the tile size is correct this tile will be written correctly

* removed reduntant comments
