Fix loading FuIntelThunderboltNvm

This regressed in d1c5d5bd9 -- for some reason
`FuIntelThunderboltNvm` was reading back the entire byte buffer of the parent
`FuIntelThunderboltFirmware` for every NVM read.

If we use the actual stream we can avoid loading a `GMemoryInputStream` and
don't also have to worry about setting the DIGITAL offset to the NVM offset.
It should also be quicker to load too!
