* Add mypy, improve pyproject.toml, preparations for v0.2.0

- Add mypy to project & fix found issues
- Place all flake8, black & mypy config into pyproject.toml
- Add mypy step to CI workflow file
- Add support to python 3.13
- Remove MKDocs dependency since it's not being used
- Improve project metadata inside pyproject.toml
- Improve README.md: add badges, some text improvements.
- Compute tests coverage & upload to Coveralls
