IGVF-1961 Update matrix file properties from a schema change (#623)

* Update matrix file dimensions displays for the updated schema.
* Rename dimensions according to the ticket suggestions.
* Changed dimension_y title on matrix-file page to “Secondary Dimensions.”
* Update property names to principal_dimensions and secondary_dimensions to keep up with IGVF-1950’s changes.
